National Audio Company Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same.
It is very important to remember that reproduction of copyrighted material, without prior permission of the copyright owner, is illegal according to 17 U.S.C. Section 501.
Reproduction of copyright material applies not only to music, but also to any media that has been previously published including audio samples from video. Sampling, mixing of additional recordings not owned (regardless of type, quantity, and length) requires licensing of those original recordings. Recorded cover songs will not be accepted unless a Mechanical License authorizing you to reproduce their work has been provided. A specific Cassette Format license has to be provided for every mechanical license; meaning if you have secured a mechanical license of a sample/song/cover song for a CD release you must also provide a separate one for the Cassette release. Seek legal assistance if you do not know how to obtain a Mechanical License. If you want your order to be completed with no delays, please make sure that your project does not contain any copyrighted audio before you fill out our order forms.
