Track List Form

Make a complete listing of the tracks, and their duration, in your audio programs for Side A and Side B of your cassette. The current maximum tape length is 90 minutes total (45 min./side).

This Track List form is a guide for our audio engineers to check that your audio recording is complete and in the right order. It is one of three forms that are required for placing your order. Fill it out complete and correctly.

Also fill out and sign the intellectual Property Rights form. By signing these two forms you are declaring that you are the original artist of all parts of your recording or have the licensed right to reproduce all the material listed above.
